Reservations & Booking
Yes. The Creeks is purpose-built for big rigs. Our concrete pads are 70' long by 15' wide, our roads are paved and wide, and we're known throughout Northwest Arkansas as the home of the big rigs.
All RVs and trailers must be at least 30 feet long. Our sites accommodate rigs up to 45+ feet comfortably.
No. The Creeks does not accept reservations for RVs or trailers older than 10 years. This policy helps us preserve the resort's atmosphere and site compatibility for all guests.

Nightly stays require 48 hours notice for cancellation. Weekly and monthly stays may require longer notice. Your confirmation email will detail the exact terms.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Nightly reservations are charged at booking; longer stays use a customized payment schedule.
The Resort
We're at 1499 South Main Street in Cave Springs, Arkansas 72718. Tucked into Osage Valley, minutes from Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, and Fayetteville.
200 acres in the Osage Valley. The 18-hole course wraps the property and two creeks, Spring Creek and Osage Creek, run through the grounds.
Every site has full hookups: city water, sewer, 30 and 50 amp electrical service. 72-channel cable and FREE Cox high-speed Wi-Fi are included with every stay.
Yes. We offer overnight, weekly, and monthly rates. Long-stay travelers settle in at The Creeks regularly.
Yes. Leashed pets are welcome throughout the resort and on the trails. Please clean up after your companions.
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early arrivals and late check-outs may be arranged with the office, subject to availability.
The Golf Course
Yes. An 18-hole championship course laid out by Reed Hughes in 1990. Par 71, Bent grass greens, Bermuda fairways.
Yes. Resort guests receive 20% off green fees, cart rentals, and range balls.
Call the clubhouse to coordinate your tee time with your stay. Resort guests have priority access to tee times.
The clubhouse, bar, and grill are open to the public during operating hours, though the patio is the perfect spot to end your stay.
Northwest Arkansas
XNA Northwest Arkansas National Airport is 6.5 miles, about a 12-minute drive. We're the closest premium RV resort to the airport.
Yes. Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is about 20 minutes north. Downtown Bentonville and the Walmart Museum are about 18 minutes.
Crystal Bridges, the Bentonville mountain-bike trails (Oz Trails), Beaver Lake, Devil's Den State Park, Eureka Springs, and the Bentonville Farmers Market are all favorites with our guests.
Practical Questions
Yes. 20 lb and 30 lb propane refills are available at the office during operating hours. Cash or card.
Yes. High-speed Cox Wi-Fi is included with every stay, at every site.
Long-term guests may have mail delivered to the resort office. Please coordinate with the team at check-in.
Yes. Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM throughout the resort.
