Terms & Conditions

Reservations at The Creeks Golf & RV Resort are governed by the policies listed on our Rates & Reservations page and confirmed at the time of booking. By making a reservation, you confirm that your RV or trailer meets our requirements (model year within 10 years; minimum length 30 feet) and that the information you provided at booking is accurate.

We reserve the right to refuse service or to cancel reservations that do not meet our published requirements, with refund issued less any non-refundable booking fees.

Nightly stays are charged at the time of booking. Weekly stays may require a deposit. Monthly stays follow a customized payment schedule confirmed at the time of reservation. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in date for nightly stays are eligible for a full refund of nightly rates, less any non-refundable booking fees. Weekly and monthly stays follow the cancellation terms specified at the time of booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may be charged the full first-night rate.

Check-in is at 2:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early arrivals and late check-outs may be available with advance notice, subject to site availability and possibly an additional charge.

By staying at The Creeks, you agree to use the resort grounds, clubhouse, and shared amenities in a manner that respects other guests and the property. The resort reserves the right to require any guest to leave the property without refund if their conduct disturbs other guests, damages property, or violates published rules.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pets must be leashed at all times outside of your RV.

Guests stay at the resort at their own risk. The Creeks Golf & RV Resort is not responsible for personal injury, theft, or damage to personal property occurring on the resort grounds, except where caused by gross negligence on the part of the resort.

Use of the swimming pool, clubhouse, golf course, and other amenities is at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Guests are responsible for any damage to the resort property caused by them or by members of their party, including damage to pads, hookups, landscaping, or shared facilities. Guests are expected to leave their site in the condition in which they found it.

The Creeks Golf & RV Resort may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version is the one in effect at the time of your stay. Material changes will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
