Park Rules

The Creeks does not accept reservations for RVs or trailers older than 10 years or shorter than 30 feet. This policy protects the resort experience and site compatibility for every guest.

Check-in is at 2:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please notify the office in advance if you require an early arrival or a late departure.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Generators, loud music, and outdoor gatherings should be wound down before quiet hours begin. Engine starts before 7:00 AM are appreciated to be brief.

The speed limit throughout the resort is 10 mph. The roads are shared with pedestrians, children on bicycles, golf carts, and pets. Please drive carefully.

Leashed pets are welcome at the resort and on the trails. Please:

• Keep pets on a leash no longer than 6 feet at all times outside your RV
• Clean up after your pet immediately
• Do not leave pets unattended outside your RV
• Be considerate of barking, especially during quiet hours

Please keep your site neat. Trash bags should be tied and brought to the dumpsters — not left at your site overnight. Bikes, chairs, and personal items should be stored on your pad, not on the grass.

Children are welcome at The Creeks. Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times — in particular at the pool, on the golf course, near the creeks, and on the roads.

Day visitors are welcome and should check in at the office. Overnight guests require advance approval. We ask that all visitors honor our quiet hours and other resort rules.

Open ground fires are not permitted. Contained propane fire rings, grills, and Solo-style fire pits are welcome at your site. Please supervise any fire and extinguish it completely before leaving the site or retiring for the evening.

Park personal vehicles on your pad. The resort roads must remain clear for big-rig access. Use of motorcycles, ATVs, scooters, or e-bikes on the resort roads is permitted only for transportation — not recreation.

The clubhouse, bar, and grill are non-smoking. Smoking at your RV site is permitted; please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

The golf course is open to resort guests at a 20% discount on green fees, cart rentals, and range balls. Walking on the course outside of your tee time is not permitted; please respect golfers in play.

The Creeks reserves the right to ask any guest whose conduct disturbs others, damages property, or violates these rules to leave the resort without refund.
